2.2. Relevant legal bases
In accordance with Article 13 GDPR, we inform you of the legal bases for our processing. Unless specified otherwise, consent is based on Articles 6(1)(a) and 7 GDPR; performance of services, contractual measures and responding to enquiries on Article 6(1)(b); legal obligations on Article 6(1)(c); and legitimate interests on Article 6(1)(f). Where processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of a data subject or another natural person, Article 6(1)(d) is the legal basis.
3.1. Cooperation with processors and third parties
Where we disclose data to other people or companies (processors or third parties), transmit it to them or otherwise grant access, this takes place only on a lawful basis: for example, where necessary to perform a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, with your consent, under a legal obligation, or on the basis of legitimate interests, such as using hosting providers.
Where third parties are commissioned to process data under a data processing agreement, this is governed by Article 28 GDPR.
3.2. Transfers to third countries
Transfers of personal data outside the European Union or European Economic Area are subject to Articles 44 onwards GDPR. A transfer requires an applicable basis under Chapter V GDPR, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR.

5. What data do we collect, process and use, and for what purposes?
We collect, process and use your personal data only where a lawful basis permits it. The following sections describe the functions used on this website.
5.1. Accessing the website
When you use the website for information only, without registering or otherwise providing information, we process the data your browser transmits to our server to display the site and ensure stability and security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
– IP address – Date and time of the request – Time-zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) – Requested content (specific page) – Access status/HTTP status code – Amount of data transferred – Website from which the request originates – Browser – Operating system and its interface – Language and version of browser software
5.2. Tickets, merchandise, newsletter and voting
The website provides information about concerts and tours and links to external ticket providers. Ticket purchases and entry of order and payment details take place on the respective providers’ websites, not in a checkout on www.latfro.com. Providers linked on this website are Eventbrite, Eventim, Ticketmaster, DICE, Ticketcorner, Billetlugen, Biletomat, Ticketlive and WealthPlan. Their privacy notices apply when you visit their websites.
Merchandise products are displayed from the Big Cartel shop. Product data is retrieved server-side and cached for up to five minutes. Product images are loaded in the browser from image addresses supplied by the shop. Orders are made after following links to www.latfroshop.com. No payment details are entered or processed on this website.
When you sign up for the newsletter or tour notifications, we store your email address, optionally your city, your selected language, the page where you signed up and the time of your consent in Lovable Cloud. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We use double opt-in: you only receive newsletters after confirming your sign-up via a link sent by email; unconfirmed sign-ups receive no newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time, e.g. by emailing hello@latfro.com; your data will then be deleted.
For the vote, we store the artists you have already seen, your wished artist, the selected cities, your language and the time in Lovable Cloud. No name, email address or IP address is stored. The entries are evaluated internally only, to plan future shows. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
For spam protection, these forms use a hidden check field and a short-lived, server-internal limit based on your IP address; the IP address is not stored. Only LATFRO can access the entries, through a protected administration area.
Event data is imported server-side from tix.to. This import does not send visitors’ form entries to tix.to.
5.3. Third-party services and content
Third parties receive your IP address and technical connection data when their content is loaded in your browser.
Fonts and ticket-provider icons are served from our own server; no data is transmitted to Google or other third parties for this. Website images are delivered through the hosting platform’s asset service; shop images load from image addresses supplied by the Big Cartel shop.
Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and LATFRO MODELS are linked. Communication and use of these external websites are governed by their privacy notices.
5.4. Cookies, browser storage and PWA
The website stores preferences in localStorage: latfro.lang for language, latfro.lastSeller for the last selected ticket provider and latfro.installDismissed to suppress further installation prompts. These entries are strictly necessary for functions you explicitly request (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). Visits are not counted and no usage profiles are created. Preferences remain until browser storage is cleared.
Section 25 TDDDG applies to storing information on, or accessing information from, your device. Consent is required unless a statutory exception applies.
You can clear or restrict browser storage in your browser settings; saved preferences may then be unavailable.
LATFRO can be installed as a Progressive Web App. It uses the same website, with no service worker or offline cache. Installation does not create a separate registration.
No advertising pixels, Google AdSense, DoubleClick or custom marketing-tracking integrations have been set up in the application code.
6. Deletion of data
Data we process is deleted or its processing restricted in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 GDPR. Unless stated otherwise, stored data is deleted when no longer required for its purpose and no statutory retention duty prevents deletion. Where data is required for another lawful purpose, processing is restricted, for example where commercial or tax law requires retention.
7. Business-related processing
For contact enquiries and business communication, we process information you provide to handle the enquiry. This website does not contain its own payment or ordering process. Contracts concluded with LATFRO outside this website are subject to the privacy information required for the relevant contractual relationship.
8. Hosting
The website uses Lovable for website delivery and Lovable Cloud for database and server functions. Hosting services provide infrastructure, computing capacity, storage, databases, security and technical maintenance for operating this online offering. Technical request data is processed when delivering the website and responding to public event and tour queries.
9. Access data and technical errors
Technical connection data is processed for website and data requests. The application logs technical errors for diagnostics. Error data may include error messages, stack traces and the affected page path.
10. Contractual services
Ticket and merchandise purchases are not concluded on this website. For orders on linked websites, their information about the contracting party, privacy and contractual terms is relevant. No customer account is required to use this information website.
11. Contact
When you contact us (e.g. by email or phone), we process your information to handle the enquiry. The legal basis depends on the enquiry: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) for handling communication. Enquiries are deleted when no longer needed unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Work with us form requests, including name, email, selected category, optional tour/show selection and other submitted details, are stored in Lovable Cloud based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Requests are handled by the responsible LATFRO team in a protected administration area. If the team is additionally notified by email, your email address is used as the reply address. A hidden check field and short-lived server-instance IP limits help prevent spam; the IP address is not stored in the inquiry database. The same data handling also applies to the Booking form.
12. Consent / withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Please send your withdrawal to carlos@latfro.com or by post to LATFRO ENTERTAINMENT – Carlos Wind, Alexianerstraße 46, 50676 Köln. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
13. Final remarks
You may ask free of charge at any time which personal data we have stored about you. If your data is incorrect, we will be happy to correct it. Please let us know if your data changes.
Please send information requests, complaints or suggestions regarding privacy to: LATFRO ENTERTAINMENT Carlos Wind Alexianerstraße 46 50676 Köln Germany
Or by email to carlos@latfro.com.
